We have been exporting Artichokes Heart in different sizes to different countries, such as US and German markets. Artichokes Heart are obtained from Fresh artichokes and removing stems and leaves.
The same day they are harvested, we pack them only with water, salt and citric acid to maintain their freshness and properties.
